Gabrielle Badawy is Lebanese, she worked in fashion before transitioning into the food world. She holds a degree in how to use tahini in all things, as well as a degree in Holistic Cooking from the Natural Gourmet Institute.
Alida Borgna is Italian, she has been cooking and making cheese for the last decade between New York and Italy. She holds a degree in how to finish a bottle of olive oil as quickly as possible as well as a Masters in Food Studies from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piedmont, Italy.
