Sheer Spectacle is a movement performance group that is devoted to overflowing expressionism. Co-founded in 2022 by Lily Mello and Kali Petrizzo, their work is made up of grandiose dance gestures, theatrics, and their own queer experience. Sheer Spectacle believes in the power of community and the importance of amplifying diverse voices in the Philadelphia area. The provocative work encourages viewers to carve out their insides and explore what makes them spectacles of their realities.
