During the Event..
The Dinner will be held entirely outside or in open air space.
Upon your arrival you will receive two tickets. One ticket will be redeemable for the first three courses of your meal, and the other ticket will redeem your main entree. You will be able to dine at a pace of your choice. For a minimal contact dinning experience there will be no servers bringing your dishes to you.
There will be a complimentary cocktail for those who choose to partake. Otherwise the dinner is BYOB.
Nardone Pasta Co. began production in late 2020 with the goal to kick-off 2021 in an uplifting way. The mission is to offer authentic, high-quality products and the response we’ve received in such a short time has been overwhelmingly positive.
I have worked in professional kitchens from Boston to Philadelphia, worked stages in Michelin star restaurants in New York, Chicago, opened restaurants, and more. These difficult times have presented me with a unique opportunity to focus more on my craft, step away from grinding in other kitchens, and make this a full-time project.
While kneading, rolling, and shaping I tend to reflect on my family’s Italian heritage. I’ve spent countless time in my childhood picking figs, tomatoes, and peppers (whatever was in season) with my grandfather, and rolling and shaping gnocchi in the kitchen with my grandmother. It hadn’t occurred to me then how influential those experiences would be to me today. I know they would be proud to know what I am doing, and the conception of Nardone Pasta Co. is 100% to honor them.
