Chef Dan Britt started making pizza at his first restaurant job as a teenager in Bucks County, PA. After chasing interests in ice hockey and graphic design, Dan transitioned back to the kitchen and has spent the last decade working in some of Philadelphia’s most exciting restaurants.
His passion for seasonal and approachable food, big laughs and fun work have guided his career through the kitchen, and led to leadership roles in Philly Mag’s 2018 Best Restaurant (sous chef) and 2019 Best New Restaurant (executive chef).
After a year at home with his wife and 2 young children during the pandemic, Dan is excited to be back in the kitchen to create a pizza party menu featuring snacks, tomato pie, wood fired pizza...and water ice!
